    Why carnt I get my refund


    I have been waiting since 27th December 2017 for a refund, a game that was bought by my son by accident, I rang up within half an hour asking for a refund which I was told no problem, I have requested that and u shall get your money
    back with 10 to 14 days, I'm still waiting!!! 26th januuary 2018, iv rang up 3 times chasing my refund and all's I get is, its with the escalation team, iv provided proof that if not received thr refund so why hasn't this been dealt with, iv asked for the
    complaints department which I was told, we don' have a complaints department!!!! What
