Why can’t you speak with enforcement team?

No it doesnf matter who starts it as you been told

And you aren't ever told the results of your report

Block and ignore and report thata all you are allowed to do period

Also a phone line would be spammed

So calling them would.be useless a you. Can't moderate a phone line

Even 5 people.would use robot callings to spam the line making it busy

A moderated forum does

Allow foe moderated contact

As you already know one appeal.that's it

Well technically you aren't told what happens to them

It's between them and pet

I'd you are being attack block and ignore and report.if it continues set contacts to friends only

We cannot state anything on behalf of the Enforcement Team. Customer support can’t assist with suspensions or enforcement actions. Enforcement team are not on phone or chat support, they email. They are not email support too, they evaluate enforcement action. The list of enforcement action is not shared to anyone.

You are correct that even if you contact customer support, they can only guide you to submit a case review for an active enforcement action. However, this is because the role of Enforcement Team is to make sure all details will always in line to your protection.

The irony of your “to protect players” comment is laughable. Someone is racist and they receive no ban, can be seen by others to have been online constantly yet call them toxic and you get a ban? Microsoft really do need a reality check, if only interested sun protecting the racists!
