Why cant you record 30+ mins of gameplay like you can on ps4/5??

its 5 min of gameplay correct me if im wrong and you cant upload to youtube ony twich or facebook like the ps4 I think ps4 15 minutes of record

Im pretty sure its only 5 min loop PS4 is 15 min. If you say "record that" it records the last 30sec of gameplay by default, i have heard recently that this time can be altered. Not sure on how you just activate the whole 5 min of recording though

lets see what the xbone cant do and ps4 can 15 mins or gameplay recording vs 5 mins, its a slim model where as xbone is a vhs, better resolutions 720p vs 1080p cod ghosts, no Bluetooth, and im pretty sure the could have made a slim version but why they'll
probably release that in 2 years

@anarchist you can only record 30 second clips. The console itself records a continuous 5 which at anytime you can say record that after a awesome moment and it will record the last 30 sec. If you didn't say record after 5 min that whole 5 min is deleted
and a new 5 min cycle starts.

The xbox one has a game DVR function which records your gameplay. You can record in increments of 30 sec, 45 sec, 1 min, 3 min, and 5 min. After you record your gameplay it saves to upload studio where you can then edit it and upload it to one drive or even
youtube.
