    Not even the first time it's happened he even claimed to work for Microsoft the whole company has really hard focused some other areas and ignored reports I've seen the same issues since 2016 and most apologize why would I apologize to a grown man who cried cause he sucked at a sport game you all have delusions in Microsoft management from what I can tell specifically whoever is in charge of xbox. As I've stated in my harassment reports and appeals fix or I'm taking business elsewhere

    Sorry, as clearly stated in the official information only through the above procedure you can make an appeal if it is available to you due to the fault committed. No one in Customer Service has information about your case nor can dispute or discuss in any way whether your situation is fair or not, I hope you can understand the situation and stay within the rules of the platform

    And I hope they fix the people who literally admit to abusing it like what that's my issue here not the fact I got suspended whatever we live in a censored world now idc but this guy literally said he just plays to ban people and works for microsoft 😅😂

    The guy who did it says he does it all the time and wanted me to get 2 months even kept provoking me further I just ended up staying more quiet and only saying small things either way miss the old days legit cannot swear on Xbox but he can abuse the report system and get away with it he also said he wasn't afraid to die think that was a threat on my life but I mean if I'm banned y'all clearly looked into it right?

    No Microsoft worker can or has the power to ban another user from the Xbox platform, all reports are thoroughly reviewed by the Enforcement department and only they impose or not a penalty.

    If that person was abusive to you, you should only report it immediately without starting any confrontation
