why cant you actually get in contact with enforcement

DDOS cannot be seen or proven by Microsoft as this happens outside of their network, this type of thing needs reporting to your ISP, now if they message threatening DDOS then simply report that message and block them.

Hello, sorry to hear you're having trouble with other players.

If you see someone doing something against the terms of use and code of conduct of Xbox Live then you can report them by going to their bio and selecting Report or Block. Once there you can follow the instructions provided to report the player.

Once done you can then block the person so they cannot contact you again.

The report is sent to the PET (Policy Enforcement Team) to investigate and take any necessary action on.

I know you're upset about the reporting process but this is the only way. Please remember that when reporting you should only report a gamertag once. The enforcement team work from bottom (oldest) to the top (newest) of the reports. This means that if you send multiple reports on a single gamertag each one will move that tag back to the top of the pile.

You cant get in contact with the Enforcement team if your not banned from live. You cannot dispute rep. I cant even open the one tab to show how many complaints I have against me. I cant contact anyone to troubleshoot why I cant even check that part of the
site... So here I am raving and ranting at people who I know wont help me at this forum. But I'm here hoping the chosen one actually reads my post to give me the answers I need. So if you are going to send the same links to the enforcement page then don't
bother because read them already. It has not helped at all

why cant you understand you cant speak to a member of the enforcement team? If the enforcement team did have contact details, they would never get any complaints investigated as they would always be speaking to people like you who should be complaining to
Rockstar the game developer and not Microsoft who have nothing to do with making GTA 4

But that's the problem, the report system DOESN'T work. All it does is give you a status of "needs work" or "avoid me". And blocking doesnt help when they have multiple accounts.
