Why can't we play the games we own offline even if I own the game

Xbox you need to sort this issue really because I've paid for the games I own online but when there's no Internet it says I need a connection well that's not on really is it as a paying customer for 13 years give the people the games they own

why won't this game start even when the console is offline? we pay money for products and can't play them if not connected?

Me too. I'm not even trying to play online! I just want to play no man sky! Why do we even need to sign in for single player games that we own on disc?! Who asked for that? Not me!

Thanks, George. All three consoles show NAT open.

My oldest son and I can join public multiplayer games without issue. We just can't play together.

It's equally frustrating we can't play even on our own lan.

I don't know why we should be paying when it's always going down and when it goes down I can't even play games offline this systems just full of bull.
