    I have an issue that only Xbox support can take care of. My issue is that I got three achievements in Far Cry 5 on July 31st but didn't get the Gamerscore. Some of the support specialists say contact Ubisoft but they don't know that Ubisoft has no control
    over achievements. Some of them say use the forums but they don't understand that this is an issue that involves using the support team. Some of them also say contact the games and apps department but that don't understand that it is an Xbox Live server issue.
    Now why can't these people be better trained at their job?

    Missing achievements

    ^^ It's probably because most/all support personnel aren't trained in regards to game glitches. Support can help you with stuff like payment information, xbox breaking, and your Live account. This was an unfortunate issue that the guys at Epic (Game developer)
    would be better suited to answer.

    Instead of marathon I don't see why they still fail to this day to just let you run how ever long as you want. I mean we are supposed to be soldiers fighting in a war right? Soldiers are trained to run for miles with equipment on their backs without stopping
    so why can't we run as much as we want?

  5. Btw, the gamerscore is not very important, you can play at FC5, that's the main. After, the members of the xbox support can't know everything, it's normal. I don't know which job you do (or perhaps you're a child, it would be worse), I bet you don't know
    everything about it. Admit it.

    i had a similar problem with sourh park , i kept palying and eventually tge avhievment just popped, keep playing and just be patient

    Btw, the gamerscore is not very important, you can play at FC5, that's the main. After, the members of the xbox support can't know everything, it's normal. I don't know which job you do (or perhaps you're a child, it would be worse), I bet you don't know

    Report team needs to do a better job

    There is no way to "falsely" report a person. If someone reports you, the consoles involved will collect data and telemetry and send that in along with the report as evidence.

    I get a lot of cases like yours as an Ambassador, and usually, the person that is "unfairly" banned actually did reply back to the harassment with a salted message themselves.

    So I assume the following happened:

    The kid sent you a message that you are "s#!t at Fortnite!".

    And you then reply "No, you're s#!+ at Fortnite!" for example.

    The kid then reports your message which gets sent in along with the report. The real life person in the Enforcement team reviews that report, and sees the message you sent the kid, and finds that the message violated the Code of Conduct.

    Based on the evidence that got sent in, you will get banned or not.

    I also get messages that try to entice a reply from me. As long as I reply with a message that doesn't violate the Code of Conduct, they can report me as much as they like.

    In over 10 years of being on Xbox Live, I haven't been banned, but got confirmations from the Enforcement Team that my report helped to make Xbox Live a better place.

    So the reporting team is doing a good job already.
