    Are you trying to create the Microsoft account inside Minecraft ?

    If yes, please try creating the account using your browser from here first:
    https://signup.live.com/?lic=1

    After that try sign in Minecraft with your account and verify if you’re able to join realms finally

    Thank you for your help, but I have tried many ways to find the official support of froza, but the page cannot be loaded, I don't know why I can't enter the page to contact customer service, but I can log in to my froza.

    Anyone else got the new xbox.com green bar?

    New problem, I can't load anything other than the fourms (relating to my account). If I click on social the page loads but I just get those loading circles.

    Have you tried accessing the privacy settings page https://account.xbox.com/Settings on a different device or internet browser?
