Why can’t the Game Pass achievements work properly?

lately there have been technical problems, please try again later today although they should be fixed but if the problem persists the best I can recommend is that you help xbox by reporting the problem through the following link:

Click on the green "Report" button and fill in the information as detailed as possible.

This way, Xbox will know that there is a problem and will be able to work to fix it as soon as possible.

Keep in mind that this public forum is just gamers like you trying to guide and help other gamers. We are not Microsoft employees.

Another option I can recommend is if your problem is on pc. reinstall windows or check if your version is up to date as a last resort. I use windows 10 and have had no problems with anything, but I have noticed that windows 11 does, if so you could also report the problem through microsoft support at the following link.

Navigate to the search bar and enter your problem. Press Enter or click "Get Help". Log in to access the support options. Choose the appropriate product, select the appropriate category and confirm your selection. The system will provide you with support options to help you further.

Lately the system has been experiencing crashes and there are many users submitting requests with similar problems, most likely the system is crashed. The best thing I can recommend is that you continue to insist and be patient, I sincerely apologize for not being able to do more.

Another thing to keep in mind is that the only ones who can take care of these types of problems are support.

Remember that this is a public forum of the Microsoft community where we are players like you who try to help/guide other players to find the solution to the problems they are experiencing, however we do not belong to Microsoft, this means that we do not have access to the accounts or information of other players.

I’ve already reported it. Three times this week. I’ve sent all the diagnostic reports and screenshots they ask for. They do not respond to the support ticket. My problem is not with windows. The Quest functionality is just terrible. It can constantly register that you indeed played a Game Pass game while simultaneously ignoring that you’ve earned an achievement. The XBOX APP itself also registers that I’ve unlocked the achievement but alas, the quest doesn’t complete. It’s trash.

Cant send a message to the link you provided.. But this is whats been going on I can’t access game pass achievements on my Xbox one and the game pass app does not show the quests

Yours is either working properly or according to
Smwutches you got lucky. The Games Pass monthly quest that wants 3 achievements works. I have two and they have been in the same period as this punchcard.
