    Why can't support find my Xbox Series S order on the date it was completed?


    So I have been looking towards getting the Xbox Series S, and I was very exited when I was able to complete my purchase on November 30th, 2020. After the purchase got an email saying I would receive it by December 5th, 2020. I still have not received any
    shipment notifications so I called to check and they said they never dropped the Xbox series S on that date. I thought maybe the order never went through, but when I check my bank statement it says "Purchase from Microsoft" for $319.86 . I wanted to post here
    to seek help to find why my order went through on November 30th, 2020, why it said it would come by December 5th, 2020, and why it still has not shipped. Please let me know if you could help with one or all of my problems.

    Due to the UK lockdown store's will be closed....

    I can't find any info on any UK store's opening at midnight for Xbox Series X/S

    However, GAME.CO.UK high street store's will open on Tuesday 8am to 2pm just only for the people who have in store pre-orders, to get and pick up their Xbox Series X/S.

    All Deluxe orders were cancelled as it contains the Xbox One version, and the date was changed on that to April

    Pre-orders with the new dates of fulfillment are now open and you can re-order the game

    "The cancellation is due to the delay of the release of the Xbox One version which is included with the Digital Deluxe Edition for Xbox Series X|S. You'll be able to pre-order again and play when the game launches for the Series X on February 10th, 2023!”
