Why cant my xbox series s download any apps?

I'm sorry you are experiencing issues downloading apps

• Would you mind giving this a try?

- Cancel any failed installation.
- Press and hold your console's power button until it shuts down.
- Unplug the console's power cord for 5 minutes.
- Turn your modem/router off and unplug them for 5 minutes.
- Plug everything back together.
- Turn your console on.
- Check if the issues persist.

• If that doesn't work, I'd appreciate your answering the following questions:

- Are there any external storage units plugged into your console?

- Is your console connected to the internet via WiFI or Network cable?

- In addition to "Installation stopped", do you get any error codes when this happens?

- Could you go to Settings > General > Network Settings, and let me know what you see under "Current Network Status"?

What are you trying to install on?

Xbox series x or s or pc?

And no xbox one s or x don't count they aren't even series

Why would you think 10 year old hardware would run a game that give 3-5 year old pcs trouble

Once redeemed on series x or s you download via your ready to install

If you are talking about pc well depends what you redeemed it on xbox app or steam you download via whichever app you download it kn

I upload videos to OneDrive and they appear in OneDrive but they have no size, so there is nothing. Cant even upload files to Gmail to download it from there. XBox App on PC doesnt show the files that are on the console. Absolutely ridiculous you cant upload video files in 2023 on XBox Series S.

Why cant my child download any apps on play store - I have did the process right (my family)...??

Also, I’m having the same issue playing my 360 games on my Series S, my Xbox Live account won’t download onto any 360 game on my Series S.
