Why can’t my son link his Xbox A/C to the EA companion app?!

I would like to clarify, is your son trying to link his Xbox profile to the EA account/EA Desktop App? If yes, kindly try the steps below:

On EA Desktop App go to the "Friends" tab and then go to "Import friends", from there you will see the Xbox Live icon, kindly click that and sign in using the Microsoft/Xbox profile credentials. By doing this he will be able to link the Xbox profile to EA Account.

I might not have been clear, there are 2 Xbox's on my network, my sons and mine, we gameshare, so when I try to stream to the Xbox App, it links to his xbox not mine (because the gamesharing "home xbox" setting). I am trying to link the xbox I use, and
trying to find it using the IP is not working.

hi georges .C first thing hw i make sure that i have the last update of my apps when i cant open ms store second i have installed the latest version of windows10 and third you say to put it in task bar but not work even in taskbar can i re install the apps?

How do I do this as on the companion app I can’t see anything from the Xbox? It says to sign in using the same account but I don’t know how to do that as it’s not mirroring?
