Why can't my credits be transferred to my account?

After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated

Why can't I use the the credit that is on my account? I redeemed an Xbox card I got for Christmas and I can't make a purchase.

Hi, Mateus Fontana, you have not given a reason why a user cannot purchase the app using Microsoft credits. It is not good enough to just say that it cant be done. If it is not possible then how do i transfer the credit back to my bank account?

Hi Clandaustino. Since 2,000 Credits earned from the FREEdom offer was awarded on December 6th (that put you at the automatic deposit threshold), your deposit is scheduled for the next deposit date. Credits earned from the 16 to the end of the month gets
deposited on the first deposit of the next month. The Credits from the1st to the 15th gets deposited on the second deposit of the month. The next deposit is scheduled for the 28th.

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved. We apologize
for the inconvenience. If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically
converted to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalogue.
