    Why can't MX vs ATV reflex read my gamer profile?


    So I recently bought MX vs ATV reflex on my Xbox one s so its a digital copy and when I load in and press start try to start motocareer, multiplayer etc it tells me that I am not signed in with my gamer profile even though I am signed in and have live gold I have tried redownloading the game troubleshooting the game removing and redownloding my account, nothing works Microsoft needs to either fix this problem or give me my money back.

    But didn't you just say that you could download "games with gold" titles?

    Mirrors edge and the MX vs ATV Reflex are both Xbox 360 Games with Gold titles. Mirrors edge the tail end of September and MX vs ATV Reflex the first one of October

    Hi Josef. I just unplugged the power chord for about 10 minutes and I removed and redownloaded my account still does the same thing. And yes the game is visible in my order history since I bought it today. Any other suggestions?

    May I know if the game was purchased today?
    Also, are you able to see it on your order history?

    In the meantime, try this:

    1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
    Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
    3. Plug the console power cable back in.
    4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

    Aftert that, try to remove and re-add your profile on the console.
