    Why can't log in to my Microsoft account on my ps4 for some odd reason?


    I'm trying to play and connect to my Microsoft account because for some reason i got logged out, so i tried logging with my email but it just tells me "there is a account on here already" i used the same email and password that i used to make my account and it still doesn't let sign in on my PS4. Why?

    Hope you're doing great today despite this JAYDENBRUH

    Usually that message appears when you had an account linked to your PSN account.
    And right now unlink a Microsoft account from a PSN account is not possible.

    "WARNING Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation:registered: account, neither the Microsoft account nor the PlayStation:tm: Network account can be associated with a different account. 

    If you choose to unlink accounts, then purchases will be returned to the account which made the purchase. Even after unlinking, Microsoft and PlayStation:registered: accounts can only be re-linked to the original account."

    If you're more than sure that you're using the correct account

    Hello i got an bug here since Mojang sold Minecraft for Microsoft they sent me here to get support from u guys

    Changed Microsoft account email, lost access to Minecraft account

    Ok odd change of events, I'm able to log in using my Mojang account under the Microsoft login, even though there's no Microsoft account connected to that email. Not sure why this is the case, but I can log in again!

    I have to full error msg now, I'm able to login to Microsoft on any other device but not PS4 for some reason,

    Is the error msg, I can't login with another because this is my only Microsoft account and idk how to logout with this one on playstation without knowing where it is logged into.

    Sony and Microsoft are two different companies as are the engine of the two concles. It's the same as trying to put a ps4 disc in a Xbox.
