    Why can’t kids get banned for not following community guidelines


    My mate got into an argument with a kid, I intervened to get the kid to stop, the kid decided to call my mate a “bum buddy” i responded in a less appropriate manor which I admit wasn’t right, the issue I have is I got suspended and the kid got off scot-free when he has said worse, and it started from the kid over reacting to the the question of “why is a kid playing an 18+ game.”

    I understand it may seem like I’m trying to deflect the blame, but I’m confused why microsoft refuses to take action against children. It’s doesn’t seem right that kids do not get the same treatment as adults do on Xbox could someone please explain the issue to me

    Kids aren't immune from the rules. They can get suspended/banned the same as adults. If you reported them, the enforcement team will investigate them and take the appropriate action as well. In future situations like that, it's always just best to report and block.

    And now I’m being told it was due to violations of community guidelines, how would I violate guidelines when I’m banned and can’t communicate. This is actually crazy, I can assume new channels will eat up these screenshot of me being called the n-word. 13 years you play on Xbox only to be permanent banned for some nonsense.

    Do they? Because it doesn’t seem like it. They can’t improve when they can’t even follow their own guidelines.

    I’ve been banned on Xbox twice I was banned for 15 days then around day 12 I got another 15 day ban but yet I couldn’t do anything to receive another ban

    Already did they ban a PO for a suspension appeal but it was declined without explanation. If I’m getting banned I should know the reason why when what time but after winning a game kids invited me to a party and they said they were going to report me for anything because I’m good at a game, so why should I get banned for some losers who can’t hold a temper wasn’t bothering anybody
