    Why can't I watch crtv on xbox one?


    There is two threads for this, neither which have any answers they just loop one back to another. Haven't been able to watch crtv on xbox one for some time now, every other video service seems to work fine except crtv, why is that?

    How can I watch CRTV videos on my xbox? Why is it that YouTube isn't a problem, but these videos are? Is there another browser I can download that will let me watch them?

    Why can't I watch crtv on xbox one?

    I'm not familiar with CRTV, but to help future people out, is it giving any error messages, or doing anything abnormal other than not playing videos?

    No error message, the video player opens on the page, and the loading loop arrow on the video player just loops and loops never playing the video.

    It used to work before the last update to Edge.

    Thanks for the reply! This could be on the updates end so we suggest trying a reset to make sure the Operating System isn't the issue.

    Since the problem might be on the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a

    Soft Factory Reset     (while keeping games and apps) IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

    • There is a stable network connection.
    • The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

    Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!

    CRTV wont work on Microsoft edge

    Hey there swim junky d,

    Sorry you're having problems with getting that one site to load it's videos through edge.

    Though the Xbox was imbedded with an internet explorer, it's not configured for playing certain streaming website video formats. This is especially true when it's like, some sort of free movie/tv streaming website.

    It might be that the videos available on CRTV need to be run on a separate app.

    After all the troubleshooting steps that you have already completed on your own, I think that maybe referring to
    CRTV themselves
    my be your next best option.
