    Why can't I use the messaging service on my browser?


    I went on the xbox site and my xbox profile to see if anyone has sent me any messages but the tab that was next to the friends tab for messaging was not there. Was it removed because of new updates or are there issues with it not showing up?

    by why are some of us still getting the message. All the apps are running, but I can't view anything if i can't log on. Customer service told me to delete my account (which I did) and I tried to download it (several times) and i keep getting the same message
    (xbox live error message).Ii'm at a lost.

    The console can't get a virus. If you see that message while you're using the browser, it's just a spam message.

    The connection itself is open. I can get to it using any device. But I don't have a browser on my 360, so I can't log in to the service THAT way. It's something that most apartments/hotels do.

    When I try to log into the xbox platform from within the game I get the error code

    "Xbox Service not available. Please try again" with the number code,

    When I go to the browser to log in that way, I'm not prompted to accept the terms and when I check my account messages in the browser I have no messages

    I'm not using the Xbox App (Beta) just what came standard on my computer

    Are you receiving the same message: "Why can't I change my privacy & online settings?" after you sign in with the account on private mode?

    Or is only with normal mode?

    Let's try fixing this issue first, if it's happening only on regular browser mode try clearing cache and cookies from the browser

    If that doesn't work proceed restoring the browser to defaults via browser settings (deleting browser history, data, cache, etc)
