Why can’t I use party chat

That setting is already on but I still can’t use party chat. Is there any way an Xbox employee or something can just look at my account

No i don’t have a communication ban, I can talk in party chat i just can’t talk in game-chat.

Please make sure that your account settings are set up correctly. Kindly sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings and validate the settings below:

* You can communicate outside of Xbox Live with voice & text

* Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites

They need to be set to "everyone" or "allow".
