    I'd like to know why I can't use my xbox one live account on my 360? Do I need to make another Hotmail account? Which I don't mind but I'm just hoping that I don't lose all my achievements

    Ok so now my xbox 1 games work. For now at least, but why can't I play my 360 game online.

    Xbox 360 is region Lock and I can buy games not released on my region with my US Account and play without problems with my Brazilian account without been logged with my US Account.

    What I'm asking here is why I can't buy this game if Xbox One is region free.

    Is there a way to change the email used to sign in on the xbox one?

    I am just going to continue to use my current email. I still don't know why I can't change it using my xbox 360 and the only time I had to download my account was to put it on the xbox one and I have used the same email since I created my xbox live account.
