Why can’t I use my Microsoft account on Minecraft?

It appears that, according to the official Minecraft website, it is not possible to unlink a Microsoft account from a PlayStation account to link a different account. Please note that this restriction is imposed by PlayStation, not Xbox/Microsoft, as they determine which accounts can be linked on their platform and how it is done.

I did the account on my email but like a example I can’t play Minecraft realms on ps5 whit my Microsoft account

Look i’m gonna be honest, i’m having a panic attack right now as i think i’ve just lost 6 years of my minecraft account. I migrated it to a microsoft account and I can’t remember any of the details to, I only know that it is linked to my email (that i have access to).

It is either that problem or the fact that minecraft java is no longer on my account and i don’t know why?

Yes I filled out that form and received an email back saying the information was not enough to recovery the account. The problem is Microsoft does not recognize Minecraft accounts and Minecraft can’t help with accounts because of the migration. I asked Microsoft if they can get us a Minecraft credit so he can download Minecraft again and create a new account but no response.
