    Why can't I use a custom photo as a gamer picture?


    For some reason when I try using a custom image, the xbox app says "Sorry we cannot upload this picture right now, try again later." This has happened to me a few times over the span of a few days...anyone have any ideas on why this is happening?

    As long as the quarantine/lockdown situation persists, some Xbox Live services have been disabled/limited.

    Do you know when i will be able to upload a custom gamer picture plus thank you for the infomation becaus for several days I've been trying to upload it and now i know why it wont work
    Unfortunately no, we have no idea at the moment because nothing official has been announced yet. It's basically a wait and see, just like a lot of things right now. Plans can change, especially if the traffic on Microsoft's service increases (or decreases)
    unexpectedly.

    Do you know when i will be able to upload a custom gamer picture...
    After it is deemed safe to work with lots of people close together again.

    The Enforcement Team is currently understaffed and can't keep up with the influx of custom gamerpics to be moderated.

    As soon as they are allowed to work at full capacity again, the feature will be re-enabled.

    So please be patient for a few weeks.
