Why can’t I upload my photos

Dear Microsoft,

I just tried to upload a gamer picture, and I dont know why me out of all people was targeted for a restriction of uploading my pictures when I haven’t uploaded anything derogatory at all just some simple memes that I like. I see all these other people
with stuff of [Mod removed profanity] porn. Such as semen on a Japanese
[Mod removed profanity] faces and other weird under age fantasies. Sure you could just say “ She just got a white dressing or Mayoniase all over her after enjoying a sandwich and shes saying ‘Oh Yeah’ because she really enjoyed what food she
ate” said Patrick and Spongebob. I would like for my request of me being unbanned to be fulfilled

It seems like an enforcement matter if you are banned or were banned, and the enforcement team don't monitor the forums. So you will need to head over here to contact them.

Enforcement Team. The decisions are made and upheld by the enforcement team.

You should log into the enforcement team website for information where you can also submit a case review if the suspension is eligible.

When you find things like you just reported you should report them using the tools provided on the console so corrective action can be taken.

Unfortunately I can’t help with the error code issue, however, you could just take a photo of your settings using your phone then upload them to the Xbox Support Ticket.

Yes, I've been trying to upload it on my phone. The photo I was trying to upload worked earlier before but I changed it to a different photo to see if it would happen again. Then I switched back to the photo I wanted but it's not showing up. I don't think my photo goes against community guidelines. It must be a bug.
