Why cant i upgrade to vault edition with my cross gen edition , it says that i can for a...

my brother buy the cross gen edition and we share since years,i buy the vault edition upgrade and i get nothing no skins and no operator,i cant see the operators from the vault edition anymore,is it not working? i guess i will my money back but in my order history it insnt aviable yet

Cross gen bundle he posted says declined that happened to me but i upgraded to vault edition that purchase says completed.

There is a message on the store in the Vault Edition that says: "Existing Modern Warfare 2 digital Cross Gen Bundle can upgrade to the Vault Edition as a part of a limited time offer"

But I don't see anywhere in the store the update or any instructions regarding how that works.

I have the same question. It says in the Xbox store that "Existing cross gen owners can upgrade to the Vault Edition for a limited time" yet the option is not there and the Vault Edition is not available in the in game store, just the cross gen version, which I aready own. Also, if you go to the reviews tab in the xbox store for the game, it says "You must own this title to leave areview"...I do own it...

Unfortunately the upgrade to the vault edition is available right now just to the people who purchased the digital cross-gen bundle

I have bought the cross gen edition on disc, yet I still can’t buy the upgrade. Do you mean it’s available for people who bought the cross gen edition digitally? If so, why?
