    Why can't I upgrade to Mahjong Premium? I have tried for several months now, and can't get the premium upgrade. HELP

    Microsoft Mahjong not recognizing my 1 year upgrade.

    In February, 2016, I purchased Microsoft Mahjong upgrade for 1 year. I had to reinstall Microsoft Solitaire collection and now Mahjong is no longer recognizing the premium upgrade so I am getting the advertisements. How do I get it to recognize the premium
    upgrade. The login is correct.

    Sing in problems since latest update

    My problems started with a windows update, not an upgrade. I have all the Mahjong updates, also.

    I`m from Russia! But I can`t upgrade to Mahjong and Solitaire Collection Premium Edition! Why? Please, help me. I`v played these games for full year already almost every day!!!!!!!!

    Advertisements cause game to crash
