    Why can't I unblock people I didn't willingly block in the first place?


    So I woke up today and found out four people on my friends list got blocked but not by me or the only other person who has access to my account. (Younger brother, he doesn't lie or play pranks.) I tried several hoops and even the recommendation in another thread by a moderator to update my controller (how the heck is that a factor?). But no change, hard reset my Series X several times. Reset my internet once, hard reset two more times and even removed my account from my Xbox and re-downloaded it. Nothing. Tried in the Xbox App, nothing.

    It appears to have fixed itself overnight. None of the things I tried did anything, and it wasn't sending them a message as the mute stayed. But thanks for the attempt ngocphi!
