Why cant I trim my captures on my XSX anymore?

Hi there I am having trouble trimming my video captures on my Series X. It was working fine up until yesterday, now the save option is greyed out when I try to. My videos are being saved to the internal SSD so that isn't the option. I've tried reseting my console both through the guide button and a complete hard reset buy it still doesn't allow it. Also when I try to report the problem through my console the REPORT A PROBLEM button is no longer there. Is this a problem with a new update??

Thank you for that and the last resort will be resetting the console and removing everything. This will uninstall all of your apps but you can reinstall all of them later on.

Totally understand where you're coming from, however, that will be the last resort.

I have already tried these options and it still does not appear to work, as I have already stated I cannot Report a Problem from my console as the Button does not appear even though Xbox Insider is installed . I'm pretty sure the latest console update is at fault here as everything was fine beforehand.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

Also, the option to report a problem will show up if you have the Xbox Insider Hub installed.

That would be something that would take an absolute age to do, and then it might not work, after actually reseting but keeping all my apps it now tells me that the video wasn't created on this xbox when clearly it has been. Extremely frustrating especially having to sync data for every game I've played before.

New Update:

Now I cannot even delete screenshots or videos from my xbox. What on earth is happening. Definitely something amiss with the newest.cinsole update.
