Why cant I track my Xbox after I sent it in for repairs (Warranty).

I mailed my Xbox in order to get it repaired after a malfunction. (warranty claim). It has been 5 days since I mailed it and wanted to track it through my Microsoft account, it doesnt allow me to. . It says that I should finish registering my Xbox, but when I made a warranty claim this wasnt the case. When I try to register the Xbox again, I get a mesage stating how I should try again later. In short, I cant track my xbox after I mailed , and havent received any notifications regarding the status of my delivery. The only emails that I have received from microsoft was that my service order was placed (I know that I should probably be more patient and wait a couple more days, just getting little worried)

I recently sent my xbox x in to microsoft repairs, because it stopped working after like 2 or 3 yrs, so it was already past the warranty. Before i sent it in i did unscrew the two screws on the back and checked if maybe there was dust or something inside
causing it to overheat. Am i correct in thinking that because i opened it up to check for dust that i cant even get it repaired now?

ask the operater on the phone when your warranty expired and if you don't remember ask them when was the last time it was repaired you should have a repair warranty from your last repair and if not next time you repair it buy a new warranty that's what
I do I wait until its almost done and I buy a new warranty before it expires or grab a butter knife and pry open you tray. After my 3rd repair I was sent a new Xbox

Its elite 2 controller i sent it to Microsoft repair center under warranty its had warranty tell 2025 after it got repaired the warranty just expired how does that happen

Xbox will only replace the controller if it cant be fix. Thats why they repair it and sent it back. There are plenty of videos on youtube showing how to replace the analog stick if you want to do it yourself. Right now you your controller is out of warranty.
