Why can’t I submit a appeal to my suspension

I literally just got chat banned because I put shipment 24/7 in a looking for group post. Seriously Microsoft u need to do something about your enforcement system. This isn’t the first time I’ve been banned because of the looking for group post. I can’t even submit a appeal

You can't submit an appeal because it's such a short suspension. It would take longer for them to review it and give you an answer than the length of the suspension.

To be honest i’m not sure if it was a permanent suspension or not but i know it was not a ban i was still able to appeal it yet i haven’t heard anything from them yet and it’s been a week or so. i can’t even log into it to ask questions or get support to see why i my suspension was put on me
