    Why Can’t I Sign the Xbox Ambassador Pledge?

    So, I’ve met the criteria for signing up to the Xbox Ambassador Program, but once the “view the Xbox Ambassador Pledge”-window redirects me to the signatory page, it’s immediately blacked out by an intrusive, in-window update to the page with no option to click it off, type or interface with the page, period. What’s going on?

    Why Can’t I Sign the Xbox Ambassador Pledge?

    Try clearing your browser's cookies/cache or try another browser. If it still doesn't work, email xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces) to contact Ambassador staff. Ambassador related issues are not handled via the forums.

    There are known issues with the site currently. Staff will not be back until tomorrow at 9am PT. If you're still having issues with it after that, email xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces) to contact Ambassador staff.

    Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after. Otherwise, if you can, check the very bottom of the site for a link to report a bug or email xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces) to contact Ambassador staff.

    Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after your tag, type it in exactly as seen (ie. capitalization), try clearing your browser's cookies/cache, or try another browser. If none of that works, email xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces)
    to contact Ambassador staff.
