why can't I sign into xbox?

I've had this console a little over a year now and I have never had this issue now all of a sudden I turn in on and it won't sign me in.

I have tried both wireless/wired connection same thing so it's not my internet.

also have reset twice and the issue still persists

- You click sign in all it does is loads and jumps off, doesn't even give you an option to enter anything and when it does it still doesn't load.

- I've tried hard reset and that worked once but then the issue came up again where it's saying I'm not connected.

- honestly so ridiculous to see that this is a constant issue with xbox and can't get through to customer service.

I spoke to my ISP today and they created a ticket for me about the ports they said to give 2-3 days for the issue to be resolved. So I will try again then

Hi they have responded and all the following ports are open and the internet is working fine. Just turned on my game randomly and I’m able to log on right now but usually when I turn it off and try to log in another time the error will pop up.

Please reach out to your ISP and have them open the following ports:

Port 88 (UDP)
Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)
Port 53 (UDP and TCP)
Port 80 (TCP)
Port 500 (UDP)
Port 3544 (UDP)
Port 4500 (UDP)

I’m still having the issue. And I just checked support and there seems to be a networking issue with the OS Version released on October 25. Is there anything being done to fix this.
