Why can't I sign into Xbox Live on my Xbox 360 anymore?

So, last week, I made a new email account for my Xbox Live on my 360 and last Friday, me and my dad brought Xbox Live by using his email account and my new email account. Then, I change my gamertag name to eminyork. But then like 3-4 days ago days ago, when I was logging in to Xbox Live on my 360, I get a message that says, "Your parent's Microsoft account isn't valid. Your parent needs to choose a different account to manage your Xbox profile." So, I click on "Change Parent Microsoft Account" but then a message pops out saying, "Xbox Live signup is currently unavailable. Please try again later." and when I press Ok, it took me to the home menu. And I try so many times, and it keeps on not working and sends me back to the home menu. I really need help with this otherwise, I will be so sad. So, if you know how to fix this, tell me. Thank you!

We understand that you wanted to sign into your account however, you are getting an issue with Xbox Live. It sounds like there may be an issue with your parent's Microsoft account. I recommend contacting our live Xbox Support directly for assistance with this issue. They will be able to provide you with more specific troubleshooting steps and help as they can use advance tools. You can reach Xbox Support by following the steps below:

Scroll down and look at the lower left side if you can see the page matches the country/region you are currently located.
If not, please select the country/region it is showing and select the correct one among the lists.
Make sure to use to check the available contact times of the support.
Select the "Contact Us" button
Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.
The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.
On the final window, you will be presented with multiple options. We suggest selecting either the "Chat online" or the "Request a call" options to speak with someone. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible.
If you cannot get connected to the support, please use the Virtual Agent and enter this exact phrase, "Talk to an agent".

Can't understand why I can't login to live on my xbo, my xbox 360 can!! But I haven't got cod aw for my 360 ffs!!!!! And also why can my freinds sign in on xbo and I cant?) they only live about 2 minutes away from me!!!!!

Okay... may have spoken a little too soon. Tried my xbox today, and it still won't auto-sign in to Xbox Live. I don't need to run the connection test anymore, it seems, because it logged me in within 15 seconds of me hitting the "Connect to Xbox Live" option,
but still, my problem remains pretty much the same. My 360 will not auto-connect to Live, and for the life of me, I can't figure out why.

Why would I do that? My Xbox 360 can't sign into Live either. The issue isn't related to the games... Microsoft's servers aren't working and we all know it.
