    Why can't I sign into the xbox live 360 network from my xbox one?


    I'm unable to sign in to xbox live when playing my backward compatible 360 games on my xbox one. I've cleared my 360 storage, power cycle reset my consol, and even reset my password to my Microsoft account but nothing works.

    Can't understand why I can't login to live on my xbo, my xbox 360 can!! But I haven't got cod aw for my 360 ffs!!!!! And also why can my freinds sign in on xbo and I cant?) they only live about 2 minutes away from me!!!!!

    I would like to clarify, are you getting an error: "8015190E" whenever you're trying to connect to Xbox Live for backward compatible games?
