Why can’t I sign in to Xbox network (Xbox live) on my 360

I have my 360 since it came out same with one same with series x and I have never had this problem until last week that I was not able to sign in or connect to live on my 369 or 360 games on one I have been a a member of live since 2007 for gold 2008 and for game pasa since the day it was a thing and I never had a problem people said cause of gamepass, an outage, the server shutdown permanently, idk what happens I just want an explanation and for this to be fix

To confirm, did you already try to sign in your account through the Xbox 360 console and Xbox 360 games on your Xbox Series X?
Don’t you have problems with Xbox One/Series X games?
What error message/error code you got there exactly?

Mine Xbox just messed up again. Can’t sign in. Deleted profile but can’t get Xbox live connection to sign in.

Why hasn’t Microsoft fixed this problem with so many not being able to sign in to Xbox live. Do you have any idea by chance. It says you work at Microsoft so maybe you might know. Plus there is no one to personally talk to for Xbox 360 live support. Very frustrating

I understand you need help on your signing in issue.

Is this happening to all profiles that you try to sign in from your console?

Try restarting your router first and if that does not work, try using a different network like using your mobile hotspot perhaps. Just to isolate where the problem is coming from.
