Why can't I sign in to PC Game pass or my microsoft account from my phone and from my pc?

Its not limited to my account or my console. I go on the xbox website on my phone or pc and the same advertisements are still there. I log into my account and still tells me I can sign up for it. I do not have a game pass currently and there is no active
game pass on my console from any account.

subs and hardware can't be payed with credits from your account. That's why it doesn't appear as payment method.

Game Pass for PC is correct.

Signed into Xbox (Beta) with my account that has Game Pass for PC.

Signed into Microsoft Store with same account.

Download/install hangs and eventually fails- never passing 0%

I have the same problem, after clicking Accept from the email invite, I sign in with my Microsoft account, and then it is stuck on working. I have tried it on Safari on my phone, as well as Firefox and Edge on my Windows 11 PC.

I can't with a different account as I would have to pay for game pass a second time and I may be able to get my friend to log in to my account from his PC to test?
