Why can't I sign in to my rockstar social club?

Update: I have messaged Rockstar on their support site about the Social Club error, to see if they can help.

Yes I am signed up for the Rockstar Social Club. If I log onto the Social Club website on my phone I can see that it is recording my stats from playing. But for some reason I can't access it in game.

To check, have you signed up for a Rockstar Social Club account? Once you sign in with that and then sign into Xbox Live, you should be able to download the content from the in-game marketplace.

The synchronization failed message appears to be an error on Rockstar's side of things with the Social Club. Keep us in the loop with what's up.

Already tried all of that. There's something wrong with rockstar social club and because of that I can't play red dead or gta5. I can play story mode but that's it. I don't understand why rockstar social club should have anything to do with playing there games online. This really sucks and you can't get a hold of anyone either.

Did you already have a different Xbox account linked to that Social Club?
