Why can't I share my Xbox experience with my 2 kids

Hi, my daughter recently became ill with an anxiety related disorder and has been getting a lot of enjoyment and distraction from the family Xbox recently.

I want to buy her and her brother Xbox one consoles for their rooms but unless something changes I'm not going to do this. Reasons:

My kids want to play games I've bought digitally but I don't want to be logged in make it happen since I play myself and you can't be logged in two places at once.

I've already been through customer support and it is not apparently possible to link children's gamertags to their parents' gamertags. I understand the current system is there to prevent abuse of single accounts but I don't feel that I'm trying to abuse
my account, just share my purchases with my kids.

It now makes sense for me to surrender my gamertag to one of them so they can login as me whenever they want and play my purchased games using their tag and assign the other as home console.

It's sad, but I feel I have to say goodbye and move myself onto PS4 network so kids can play my games.

Is there really no way you can link your children's gamertags to your own? Seems very short sighted to to have used this model like Google has with Google play.

Anyway since I'm not expecting any actual support in this I'll just be on my way.

Gold sharing 3 time switch

I have 2 Xbox ones I have 4 kids I planned on buying two more Xbox ones till this happen to me I share my downloaded Xbox one games with my kids I do not live with my kids I live across town and we spend our time on it when I'm not at my kids house
there are times where I couldn't pay my Internet bill witch caused me to swap back my home back to my original Xbox so I could play offline .well I hit that 3 time share ban and can't change back to my original Xbox my profile is stuck on my kids Xbox
one and I can't play the games I payed for unless I pack up my Xbox one carry it across town ( I have no Internet at home) please can I have my games I payed for with my hard earned money and play them offline I bought them I own them. A year is a prison
sentence let it happen to you and you'll see where I'm comming from

 

wired controller extension cable?

I am thinking of buying a WIRED xbox controller for better performance and less lag... from what I hear. My problem is I sit about 15 ft from my xbox.

1. Any suggestions on an extension cable?

2. Will a short extension cable cause performance issue or lag, which defeats the purpose of why I was going wired to begin with?

Please share thoughts and experiences?

It is more a licensing issue and the game developers restricting how many accounts can be using a single license.

Sony even has the same issue with their systems.

As you understand it in your situation you would have to set one kids xbox as your home xbox and the other one would have to be signed into your profile at the same time in order to play those games on the console that doesnt have the home xbox but you would
not be able to be signed in on your 3rd xbox at the same time as any other xbox so the one that is not set as home would not be able to play your games at the same time as you. You would also have to have a 2nd gold subscription on the non home xbox if your
going to be playing at the same time as them too.
