    Why can't I send messages after a 3-day comms ban?


    I had a 3-day comms ban for Hate speech/Harassment; I agree with the suspension, but I still can't send messages after the ban. Is there a different suspension that I can't see? Just want to know because I'd like to be able to talk with my friends...

    Try doing a hard reset (hold down the power button on the console until it turns off, unplug it, plug it back in, then turn it on). Sometimes it just needs to resync afterwards.

    Hello! Im having this problem at the moment and my two suspensions ended at 10 pm and it is about 3 30 right now. I had a comm ban and a xbl ban for two weeks. The enforcement site says they are past suspensions and everything. I can't send messages, comment
    on clips etc. I can however send messages on my Xbox 360, any new help would be appreciated!

    Are you getting a specific error message and error code? Having those will help us begin assisting. In the meantime, please try the steps on our
