why cant i see what microsoft account my playstation 4 is connected to

If you would like to know which third party accounts you have linked to your PSN account, you will need to contact them to ask if they can provide you with this information.

Microsoft does not have access to the PSN system and cannot tell you which Microsoft account you have linked to your PSN account.

Dose your PlayStation account have PlayStation plus? If no that is the reason why you cant connect, my roommate is having the same problem aswell.

Are you sure that the account you're signed into at the
Microsoft Account page is the account that IS linked to the game?
Reading the FAQ here makes me think this might actually be the other way around, and you might need to manage the connection to the Microsoft Account via the Sony/PlayStation account from the wording; specifically the section:

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU UNLINK YOUR MICROSOFT ACCOUNT?

Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation™ Network account, it cannot be unlinked without loss of access to entitlements and Minecoins on other platforms.

Can you see that connection from your PlayStation account? I'm sorry but I'm not familiar with managing a PlayStation account, otherwise I'd try and be more help. I'll see what I can dig up in the meantime.

What happened to the xbox live guest sign in?????? If it was taken off then i will close my Microsoft Account, and my xbox live account and switch to Playstation 4!!!
