    I bought a 25 dollar gift card and redeemed it in the store then I wanted to get my self some ea fc points but the option to buy with Microsoft account balance didn't show up its been two days since I have been trying to use the Microsoft account money but I couldn't so please if any one sees this please help much appreciated

    To what I can see the transaction has been completed I can see in my xbox payment method that I have 25 dollars in my Microsoft account balance its just that i cant see when i am buying anything in the store

    Please, check again your transaction history and make sure it was completed.

    Please, follow these steps:

    Sign in to account.microsoft.com.

    Select Payment & billing > Order history.
