Why cant I see my Xbox gamepass quests

I just got a brand new Xbox series s and it came with three months of gamepass ultimate. So I went to see what quests I had but it keeps saying “try again later, we can’t check for quests now. I really hope this is fixed soon because this has been happening to me for a few months.

"First, make sure that you're signed in under the account where the game pass is active. Please follow the steps below:

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, and then select System > Settings > Account > Subscriptions.

Once confirmed, remove and re-add your account by following the steps below:

"REMOVE ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.
3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.
4. When you're finished, select Close.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.
2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

ADD ACCOUNT

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.
3. Enter the Email address and the password.
4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.
5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console."

Hi Darhlene, I’ve already tried all the things you suggested but the quests still doesn’t show up. Is there any other way to fix this issue?

The gamepass quest now also appear on your profile go to achievements and you see on the left the gamepass quests

Hey there

Where exactly are you looking at the quests it may just be they havent updated yet. I just checked on Xbox Console and I see the new quests under the gamepass tab by clicking show all quests
