    I’ve got a communication ban and I want to make an appeal but it says I have no active suspensions, does anyone or a Xbox agent know why?

    To actually answer your question,profile picture bans/suspensions are classed as communication bans/suspensions which would be why you can't talk to anyone while the ban/suspension is active.

    Why can’t I see my active suspensions and why have I been suspended for a year ?

    Have the same problem got suspended for God knows what, I've only hunted invaders in Elden Ring but got suspended with no active suspension popping up on the website. I have no time limit or reason for the suspension as it doesn't even show up when I try to send a message it just says I'm suspended.

    Why am I communication banned without a active suspension

    If support has told you that your ban was extended then there is nothing you can do. The enforcement team does not use the forums. They can only be contacted via the case review process on enforcement.xbox.com.

    If you have any active communication ban/suspension it will prevent you from sending messages on Xbox.

    You can check if there is any suspension/bans against your account on the Enforcement website.
