    Why can't I see enforcement history?


    Whenever I try to sign into the xbox enforcement site to see what the enforcement action I got is, it won't let me sign in. I even signed in on a new device to see if that would fix it, but it didn't. Why can't I see what I did and how long I'm banned
    or whatever?

    As long as you've filed a complaint on the other gamer, the enforcement team will take care of him.
    ice looked for the submit review button and it is not there, this is the first time I've had enforcement so i don't see why i can't find it on the history page

    you will need to go to the following and sign in to see why you are banned

    if you don't see anything and the console says banned then it's a hardware ban which means a new console.

    Can you please fix the Enforcement page? I have been banned for no reason, for the second time now.

    How come that y'all never read the part where I can't even log into the enforcement page? The last time, the guy said the same thing.
    I CAN NOT LOG INTO THE ENFORCEMENT PAGE!
    I CAN'T EVEN SEE MY HISTORY!

    I can't see the Purchase History

    Hi UL1,

    Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. If you'd like to view the purchase history in your Xbox/Microsoft account, then I recommend our support article entitled Check
    your Xbox purchase history     to see how to look at this information via a PC or console. Please be sure that if you have an existing Microsoft/Xbox account prior to your new console and own other games that you're logging in with the correct credentials
    (email address/password) in order to download and install your previous purchases.

    Give this a try and let us know the results.
