Why can't I see comments on game posts?

I just tried this and that's a big negative =/

This was the first thing I tried, it didn't work =[

• Are you having issues with the Activity feed in the Community Tab?
• Have you tested your Detailed Network Statistics?
• Have you tried Soft Factory resetting the console to help refresh the operating system?
