Why can't I see a game I have redeemed as a key in my library?

Hello there, the problem I am facing is that I have obtained a key for the game Sea of Thieves. I have redeemed the key on my microsoft account, but it doesn't show up in the microsoft store library. I have it on my order history though. I have checked whether it is a key for another platform and also checked, if I was logged into the right account, but those don't seem to be the problem. Also I have read through similar questions on the community forum, but haven't found a solution.

Hello kaktuslampe, sorry to hear you're having trouble.

If you haven't done so already, please log in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if the game is listed there. If it is then you may be able to click on it to link you to the Store page where you can double check which platform it's for.

If it's not listed there then you may have accidentally redeemed the key on a different account. You would need to check that website with all other accounts you own or may be aware of in the household.

You should have your game regardless haha.

I f you are sure you do not have another account then I would advice you to contact support if you still want to figure it out

Nope, might be a bug or something.

It's not a big deal to be honest, haven't played that much but i wanted to see the garage that i own but surprise

)) i can't even download the game, but i can play it with that Game Pass.

That's the problem, i can't see it in the purchase history, and this is my only account.

On this account i have the achievements and the played time history.

Why can't I see a game I have redeemed as a key in my library?
