Why can’t I Revert the Update on Xbox S?

If it can’t be reverted and I prepaid for a year then why did I have to pay full price for Ultimate if it is a bundle wouldn’t i only have to pay for half?

I have a Xbox one S all digital. Why can’t I download it.

I’m having the EXACT same problem and can’t find any assistance anywhere! It gets to about 5% on the offline manual update and reverts back to the error screen. I can’t restart it or reset it to factory default. The worse part is that customer service
is practically down at a time when I’m gaming the most. It’s infuriating!
