    why can't i retrieve my account


    I've used 4 emails when I use minecraft, all of them got locked, this is my 5th email, hopefully it doesn't get locked, I'm using the Microsoft authenticator app, to keep track of my accounts, I don't see a problem within my Microsoft accounts, yet somehow all my other 4 Microsoft accounts got locked, I only use Microsoft accounts for minecraft, pocket edition, please fix the support, I'm from the Philippines, I try to use the number verification when retrieving my account, and email too, yet the number says, it doesn't work because the method is idk I forgot, but yeah, help me please, I don't want to get locked again.

    Hi Robert!

    What exactly is your console model?
    When did this issue start to occur?
    Does it happen to all of your games?

    Try to delete your local saves and resync your cloud saves.
    Press the Xbox button to open the guide and then select My games & apps > See all > Games.
    Highlight the game title, and then press the Menu button on your controller.
    Select Manage game and add-ons > Saved data.
    Select Delete all to remove the local save of this game, then follow the prompts.
    After you delete the local save, restart your Xbox:
    Press and hold the Xbox button in the centre of your controller.
    Select Restart console, then follow the prompts.

    Hi, thank you but the issue has hopefully been solved by removing the external hard drive and updating the xbox series x without the hard drive, I will try your method if the issue comes back though, again thank you
