As for the refund, if it regards the Xbox game pass subscription, you may be eligible to cancel your recurring subscription and request a refund, but not all subscription purchases are eligible for a refund. If you qualify for a refund, you will see the option to cancel immediately and request a refund when reviewing your subscription status.

Any time I try to launch a game from the Xbox app on PC it just crashes.

I have tried all the fixes I can find - this started at christmas - and at this point I just want a refund.

I am mostly upset that the 'agents' who were supposed to help just put me on hold after taking my name, kept me waiting for 10 mins and then hung up on me.

If the callback is not working during Xbox business hours, please try to use the Xbox Live chat option and a support advocate will chat with you. If the option to use live chat does not appear to you, keep changing topics/categories and it will be available.

I keep getting taken to that page but I can't seem to find the option to request a call back.

Edit: I figured it out and then they hung up on me.

I have tried calling and requested a call, when i eventually got my call the automated voice just kept saying the same thing over and over again. I was pressing the number required which was 1 to speak to the next available agent but it asked me the same thing 4 times and then hung up on me. So frustrating.
