Why can't I refund something I bought 4 days prior.

I was charged on June 7th for 16.25 for an Ultimate Game Pass and I literally had cancelled the subscription weeks before, and after the deadline i didn't have ultimate for a week or so, then it randomly charges me again. I bought ultimate on my main
account on June 4th and then it charged on my second acc for literally no reason. I can't refund it because it says I already payed, like no **** I payed why would I want a refund if I didn't pay. They say I have 14 days but its only June 11th, why tf can
I not refund.

I know a lot of people already had their preorders bought and paid for prior to 4 days before launch. If the purpose was to intice digital downloads vs disc purchases (which seems to be the consensus of why they're doing it), why wait 4 days before launch
and not announce sooner?

Grumbles all around I guess, too bad they didn't think about all of the customers when making decisions like this...

Hey, problem with that link: I can't refund a game I bought years ago. Again, prior to your company acquiring the rights.

The problem is the new system, which has made it impossible to play the game without ruining my computer. If it can no longer be used, but I can't use the normal setup for a refund...

It seems that way. I get no refunds if I don't like it or something but I honestly can't play the game I bought. This is so stupid, I would of paid the extrea gas to go get a hard copy if I knew I was going to download the game 4 times.
