Why cant i refund any game that i have

You can only request a refund for the game that is within 14 days and also, once you have requested a refund the refund team will check your eligibility for the refund still which means that requesting a refund does not guarantee an approved request.

any chance to get a refund if no one can even answer on this? why do i need to buy a game that i cant even launch

After submitting, wait for an email on the status of your refund. You should get one within 72 hours and if your request is approved, you'll get your money back soon after. Refunds are processed in 3 - 5 days.

when i check the order all it says is that it is refunded. There's no information on why an order would be refunded on any of the help pages and I cant get a hold of anyone because the offices are closed, but I'm a overnight worker and will have to stay
up to be able to get any help.
